Logan and Michael met at Cornell University while studying for a degree in Applied Economics and Management. They founded Aequitas to not only serve the business owners and their respective employees but also the communities in which the businesses operate. Now having perfected their acquisition process they look forward to hearing from you and working with you to achieve an ideal exit from your industry.

Michael Regush
Michael Regush was born in Vancouver, Canada. He majored in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University where he focused in Accounting and Finance. Following his Bachelor's degree Michael got a Master of Accounting at Miami University. Throughout University, Michael played Division 1 Ice Hockey for both Cornell and Miami. He played professional hockey for the Vancouver Canucks organization after graduation. Michael is currently working as an accountant focusing on small business and cross-border taxation. He is currently completing his US CPA which will be completed Q2 2025. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, going golfing, hiking, and cooking.
